Manchester United’s form of late has been much-improved, and it finally feels like Jose Mourinho’s men are clicking into gear just at the right time. With games coming thick and fast, the team are getting the job done in a convincing manner, and credit to them for turning things around.

One man who is loving life at Manchester United at the moment is Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and once again the veteran put in another top performance. The stat experts over at Squawka have certainly backed up that point.

On the day, the 35-year-old found the back of the net once after an excellently weighted pass by Paul Pogba played him in, but on top of that Ibra laid on two assists for his teammates.

Zlatan was also a real creator when it came to chances, having made five opportunities throughout the ninety-minute match. When he’s in full flow and firing, he really is a joy to watch, and today was one of those games where it was an honour to be inside that stadium witnessing him doing what he loves.

Honestly, you’d probably say that on another day Zlatan Ibrahimovic could’ve easily had a hat-trick. The big forward had plenty of other opportunities to get himself on the scoresheet and put the game to bed earlier, but sadly he couldn’t take them.
