You’d hope that there is a fire brewing in the belly of our players, and this would be a real opportunity for them all to throw a marker down to the rest of the Premier League. Hopefully, that week from hell was nothing more than a blip and things will be put right.

Team News

Manchester United will be without Anthony Martial despite the Frenchman returning to training. There is some better news regarding the fitness of Luke Shaw, who is ready and available to play. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also available.

Last Meeting: Machester United 2-1 Leicester.

The sides met in the Community Shield just last month, where United managed to grab the win courtesy of an excellent header from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Score Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Leicester.

I fancy the scoreline to match that of the last meeting. Leicester will definitely score. Slimani looks good, as does Vardy. However, United should have just enough to get back to winning ways in the league, and I’d be disappointed if we’re not celebrating all three points tomorrow afternoon.
