Manchester United struggled last time out, as Arsenal absolutely hammered us 3-0 away at the Emirates, blitzing us in the first 20 minutes of the game. The defensive struggle was clear for all to see, but hopefully Marcos Rojo’s timely return will help out massively.
Everton away has always been a bit of a bogey ground for us and it doesn’t get any easier, but hopefully three points can be put on the board here and get our title charge back on track.
David de Gea will obviously continue in goal, with a defensive duo of Chris Smalling and Daley Blind in behind him. The aforementioned Marcos Rojo will start at left-back with Matteo Darmian hoping for a better showing down the right side.
I maintain the fact that Bastian Schweinsteiger and Michael Carrick cannot play together, and in this game it should be the latter that misses out for Morgan Schneiderlin.
The front four should remain the same barring injury. Juan Mata has been in good form, Memphis Depay offers that pace, Rooney brings leadership and Anthony Martial has been superb in recent weeks.
