4-3-3: Predicted Manchester United starting XI vs Watford – Rashford at striker

Well folks, Manchester United’s final Premier League game of the season is upon us.

Jose Mourinho guides his men into battle against Watford at Old Trafford, closing the campaign in what is our best finish in the table since Sir Alex Ferguson retired.

The self-proclaimed Special One has already admitted that there will be changes aplenty to his side, so let’s take a look at our predicted starting line-up…

In goal, Sergio Romero will start. The Argentine has been used sparingly this season, but it’s certainly nice to see him back in between the sticks. Eric Bailly will play as the centre-back, with Phil Jones likely to partner him. Daley Blind should get the nod on the left-hand side, with Matteo Darmian making up the back four.

Michael Carrick will play his last ever league game as a Manchester United player, and what a wonderful servant he has been to this football club. Ander Herrera will start just ahead of him, with Paul Pogba completing the midfield trio.

Then we have Anthony Martial on the left, Juan Mata on the right and Marcus Rashford leading the line. Hopefully, these guys can come in and do a better job than they did against Brighton. This is their last chance to stake a claim for an FA Cup final starting berth…
