Agent set for meeting with big club, he’s hoping to finalise Man United move: report

The agent of Ivan Perisic is set to meet Inter Milan chiefs this week, in order to try and finalise a move to Manchester United. That’s what Football Italia writes as per Tuttosport, and they add that the Red Devils are keen to acquire the services of the Croatia international this summer.

Apparently, the Serie A club are not budging from their £49million (€55m) asking price, and at this time Jose Mourinho’s club aren’t willing to meet that valuation.

Unfortunately, at this point in time, it is more likely that the insanely good winger will remain at the San Siro rather than sealing a switch to Old Trafford – but there is still time in the window and things can change very quickly in football.

Personally, I still feel that we’re one signing away from mounting a serious title challenge. Although we have some brilliant attackers, we don’t have that winger who’ll hug the touchline and whip delicious balls into the box. Perisic would bring that, and you can certainly see why Mourinho is keen on bringing him in.

On top of that, he’s a hard worker on the defensive side of the ball which is another key trait to play in any team managed by the self-proclaimed Special One.

I hope the deal can be done, but I’m not quite sure this move will happen…
