Manchester United made a deadline day move to sign the young 19-year old striker Anthony Martial from AS Monaco, for a fee thought to be in the region of £36million. The striker has had a crazy week, signing for United and then making his France international debut against Portugal.
One of his biggest fans is clearly his brother Dorian, who is already talking him up to be a future captain of Manchester United.
‘Anthony has all the qualities needed to be Manchester United and France captain.’ Dorian Martial said.
‘He has always been a natural leader in a team — he’s been like that since he was six.
‘My little brother isn’t someone who will shout at all the players around him. He doesn’t need to because he speaks with his incredible skills.
‘Anthony is a talisman and has the ego and personality on the pitch to be a captain of Manchester United and even France.’
There is no doubting that Martial has the talent to make it all the way in this game, but lets take it one step at a time.
He has yet to make his Manchester United debut, and I know its his family but lets see how he goes on this season before talking him up for the captaincy – one of the most pressurised jobs in the industry.
