Manchester United got back to winning ways in brilliant style over the weekend, as the Red Devils stuck three past a very poor Leicester City team on their own turf. Once again, Anthony Martial remained on the bench for that game – and immediately following, the papers began to gossip.
Now, the talented French attacker has come out and shut those rumours up right at the source, as Martial took to Twitter earlier today to tell the fans not to listen to the papers as they are wrong.
The tweet came just a few hours after The Sun claimed that the former AS Monaco man was about to quit out on Manchester United, after an apparent fallout with Jose Mourinho – obviously, that’s not true if his tweet is anything to go by.

Dont listen the papers it's wrong thanks Come on United 🔴

Alright, we all know the 21-year-old hasn’t been in the best of form recently, but this is the perfect way to put these rumours to bed immediately. We know just how talented of a footballer Martial is, and obviously Jose Mourinho knows that as well.
I’ve no doubts that he’ll overcome this little blip, and have a real impact on our campaign before the end of the season. Just keep the faith.
