Arturo Vidal drops biggest Manchester United transfer hint yet

Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has given the biggest hint yet that he could be on the move to Manchester United. Whilst speaking to a TV station in his native Chile, he suggested that a move to Manchester United could well be on the cards for the 27-year old midfield enforcer.

Vidal is at the peak of his powers, and as we all know, if you control the middle of the park then most of the time you control any football match. We need to bring in someone of Vidal’s calibre if we want to be challenging for the title again.

Whilst speaking to ChileivisonArturo Vidal said: “I’m already at a huge club, Juventus, which relaxes me should the Man Utd option fall through”.

This suggests that Vidal is aware of Manchester United’s interest, and the fact that he mentions the United deal could ‘fall through’ probably means that the clubs are currently in negotiations regarding his transfer.

If we got Arturo Vidal it’d change everything. We’d have two midfielders capable of playing for any team in world football, and suddenly it’ll look like we can compete in the middle of the park once again.

Is Arturo Vidal one of the best midfielders in the world? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.

Confident in Vidal not so confident in Woodford though last summer springs to mind

    Woodward not Woodford

Arturo Vidal is will be a vibrant signing for man utd if deal agreed

Woodward is doing a good job this summer, no issues with the man as far as I’m concerned. Adidas kit deal? 2 big signings already in and clearly more to follow. He was hung out to dry last summer, maybe rightly so – mistakes were clearly made but he’s getting it right now and deserves credit where it’s due.

I agree, Woodward is having a good summer, especially in light of Glazer Senior passing away, as access to funds would of had more complications.
We still need 3 more signings (at least), and 3 out as far as im concerned.
We’ll lower the wage bill significantly and can look forward to a world class marquee signing every season moving forward!
