Boss Admits Hernandez Performance Gives Him A Selection Problem

The Mexican has been widely criticised for his all-round performances, however Javier Hernandez put in a match winning shift in which his build up play was absolutely brilliant to watch. Last night was his best game for United by a country mile, capping it off by scoring two great headers.

After such a great game, it gives Sir Alex a difficult selection problem going into arguably our biggest game of the season so far against Chelsea on Sunday.

The boss was then asked about Chicharito’s performance by the BBC, “His goal ratio for us is fantastic. For his second goal he bends around the back of the defender. It is a great ball in from Tom Cleverley but his movement is terrific.” He added. “He’s given me a problem – but that’s a good thing.”

Based on last night, I’d give the starting spot to Hernandez, I think it all depends on what formation Sir Alex ends up using, it wouldn’t surprise me if he reverts to the familiar 4-4-2 formation with Rooney and RvP up top.
