United have been drawn against Stoke City in the quarter-final of the Capital One Cup. The tie will take place away from home, and the winner will go into the New Year with a two-legged semi-final to look forward to. United beat Stoke 3-2 at Old Trafford last weekend, and will be looking for similar success in the cup competition.

The Champions League group stage draw takes place in Monaco today, and ahead of the draw we have a look at potential opponents. United have been seeded first, meaning most of Europe’s elite will be avoided until the first knockout round at least, providing we make it that far ourselves of course.
United’s reserve side carried on the club tradition by lifting the Lancashire Senior Cup last night, the lads came from behind to beat Manchester City 2-1 in the final. Davide Petrucci and Jesse Lingard scored the goals in a close game, but one United deserved to win.
Young talent Andreas Periera scooped the Player of the Tournament award in Manchester United’s Milk Cup win, and to be honest, he looked way too good for U18 competition. The 17-year old scored three terrific goals and led his side to cup glory.
Our U18s side won the highly-rated Milk Cup tournament in Northern Ireland last night, after beating County Tyrone in classic United style – an injury time winner. Oliver McBurnie supplied the goal, and he scored an impressive tally of five goals throughout the tournament.
