Confirmed Man United XI vs Sevilla (Europa League semi-final)

It’s time. Manchester United take on Sevilla in a huge European semi-final in Germany tonight. A place in the final is just ninety minutes away, and it’s time for the confirmed Man United XI vs Sevilla…

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a chance to do what Jose Mourinho couldn’t – and beat Sevilla in a European knockout game for the Red Devils.

Righting those wrongs would show progression for a Red Devils side who are gearing up for a campaign in the Champions League during the 2020/21 term.

As expected, the Baby Faced Assassin has stuck to a core starting line-up once again, only making a couple of changes from the 1-0 victory over Copenhagen.

Anyway, the confirmed Man United XI vs Sevilla is in, thanks to @ManUtd for the info…

Unsurprisingly, David de Gea comes back into the side here. No doubt Sergio Romero is fuming to be left out as he has been the usual cup goalkeeper.

Brandon Williams is the only fit, recognisable left-back in the squad so it was a no-brainer that he plays. Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts opposite him. Victor Lindelof is recalled, with Eric Bailly dropping to the bench. Harry Maguire makes up the back four.

Fred keeps his place in that holding-midfield role, probably due to his mobility and on-ball skill. As expected, both Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba start in the more advanced roles.

Anthony Martial has been on fire recently. We’ll need to see more of the same this evening. With Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford on his right and left respectively, you’d like to think United will create chances galore.
