Manchester United Football Club plays their biggest game of the season in just under an hours time.
Jose Mourinho leads his side into battle against an excellent Tottenham Hotspur team, in a game that’ll give the winner a chance to contest the FA Cup final.
The team news is in, and there is certainly a surprise or two… Phil Jones starts (yes, you read that correctly). The Englishman hasn’t played much football recently, and I was shocked to see him in the team ahead of Victor Lindelof who has improved over recent weeks. There is no Eric Bailly in the squad whatsoever, which is a huge concern.

Perhaps the other slight surprise is Alexis Sanchez’s inclusion. The Chile international hasn’t been great since his move from Arsenal, I also thought that Marcus Rashford had done enough to force his way into the side. I’m sure the Mancunian will be ready to make an impact off the bench, though.
The rest of the team is pretty much as you’d expect. I’m pleased that Mourinho has opted for the 4-3-3, starting Ander Herrera. The Basque-born midfielder has a huge role to play, and if he performs well, I’d feel confident about securing a result.
