Controversial Manchester United midfielder set to reject move away

Manchester United are in the middle of a major squad overhaul at this point in time, with Jose Mourinho looking to mould the squad into his style of play, and footballing image. One man who has been linked with a move away is Marouane Fellaini, but it doesn’t look like the big man is going anywhere.

That’s according to the Independent, who say that Marouane Fellaini is all set to reject his old manager David Moyes, now at Sunderland, in order to stay at the Theatre of Dreams.

28-Year-old Fellaini has divided fan opinion more than most since his arrival a few years ago, but one thing you cannot deny is his passion and heart. He clearly loves playing for Manchester United despite getting criticised by plenty of his own supporters week-in-week-out.

It doesn’t look like he is going anywhere anytime soon, and perhaps it is now time for those fans to begin to back their man. At least he offers us a different outlet if things aren’t going our way. He could well be a useful substitute.
