Jose Mourinho has had a fine first transfer window in charge of Manchester United, bringing in world class players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba. Now Manchester United’s attentions have firmly switched to selling players, and finding the right loan moves for young talents.
Earlier today, Spanish top division side Granada have confirmed that Andreas Pereira will join them on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 20-year-old clearly has immense talent, and a bright future at the Theatre of Dreams. However, he won’t get the game-time his ability deserves this campaign, due to the quality of players ahead of him in the pecking order.
That means this loan deal is a great chance for the Brazilian to prove his worth. Now it’s up to him to force his way into the manager’s plans at Granada and earn those minutes on the field – because that’s the only way he’ll develop and improve as a footballer.
