DONE DEAL: Manchester United youngster joins Wigan on loan

Manchester United Football Club have confirmed that Donald Love has left the club on a two-month loan deal, but he’ll be staying in the North-West as he heads to Wigan Athletic.

The regular competitive football opportunity is the main reason why Love has joined Wigan on loan, and it’ll be great for him to gain some much-needed match experience.

Love, 20, was recently training with the first team last week, but it looks as though Louis van Gaal doesn’t deem him ready for first-team football at Old Trafford.

He’ll also be with some familiar faces whilst with the Latics, as he’ll reunite with Andy Kellett who was on loan at United last season, and Reece James who has made the permanent switch to Wigan.

Hopefully he can do well, make a good impression there and come back hungrier and with more desire to fight for a first-team place here.
