Manchester United are enjoying life under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with the Red Devils playing a free-flowing, attacking style which is just brilliant to see.

One player who has seemingly fallen out-of-favour under the Norwegian is Marouane Fellaini. After becoming an integral squad member with Jose Mourinho at the helm, while also signing a new Red Devils contract, the Belgian is probably feeling rather frustrated right now.

Now, according to AMK Spor in Turkey, translated wonderfully by the guys over at Sport Witness, Fellaini is being targeted by Fenerbahce.

Apparently, the Super Lig side are showing ‘serious interest’ in the ex-Everton man, offering him an eighteen-month contract worth £6.7million.

The early reaction from Fellaini’s camp is that the player would be interested in a move to Turkey, and who could blame him? The regular playing time coupled with a hefty wage packet is certainly an attractive proposition, and if the deal could get done in January, I believe it’d make sense for all involved.

I’ve always said that Fellaini gets a lot of unfair stick from some United fans, and at times,he has been useful to have in the team, but the overriding feeling will always remain. He’s just not a United-type of player and that’ll forever be the case.
