Manchester United take on Sevilla at Old Trafford tomorrow night, with a place in the Champions League quarter-finals at stake.
Ahead of the clash, though, there has been some rather concerning injury news. According to The Mirror’s David McDonnell, no fewer than five first-team regulars didn’t partake in training which obviously isn’t ideal.
Amongst those missing was Paul Pogba, who didn’t play against Liverpool at the weekend with a gashed leg. However, the fact that he wasn’t involved again today is worrying. Personally, I thought it was only a minor injury and he’d be fit to play against the Spanish side, but that doesn’t look likely at this point.

Ander Herrera wasn’t involved today either. The Basque-born midfielder picked up his injury issue in the first-leg against Sevilla, and he would certainly have been useful in this one as he’s the ideal player to put in a three-man midfield.
Then you have the defensive trio of Phil Jones, Daley Blind and Marcos Rojo who all didn’t train. Who knows how long these guys will be out for as we haven’t really heard anything concrete about a potential return date for any of them.
There was some better news, however, as both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Anthony Martial were spotted with the rest of the group. Hopefully, the pair will be named in the match-day squad.
