Manchester United Football Club have plenty of important fixtures coming up across a whole host of different tournaments, but as a side note, the transfer window is in full swing. Contrasting rumours about whether the club will sign players or not have swept all over the media, but today, we’ve been given some firm information.
It comes from one of the most credible sources on the net, too. Sky Sports News’ Kaveh Solhekol took to Twitter to confirm that Manchester United are not interested in signing SL Benfica’s Victor Lindelof.
The 22-year-old had been linked with a move to the Theatre of Dreams, with many reports suggesting that a deal would go through. However, I would tend to agree with Solhekol’s tweet over the aforementioned article, purely because he tends to be correct more often than not.

Manchester United not interested in signing Victor Lindelof from Benfica at the moment. Inter Milan interested

Whatever way Jose Mourinho decides to go with this transfer, I’ll personally trust him 100%. He has gotten every single one of our dealings absolutely spot on so far, and you’d imagine he’ll get most of them correct going forward.
Personally, Lindelof is a player that I literally know nothing about. He’s 22 and obviously extremely talented, but the foursome of Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Eric Bailly and Chris Smalling have all done well this year, and I’d have faith that all of them are more than good enough to cope from now until the end of the season.
