Jose Mourinho considering making shock move to sign Brazilian: report

In an exclusive, the Daily Express reckon that Jose Mourinho is considering a move to bring Willian to Manchester United.

The Chelsea winger has worked with the self-proclaimed Special One previously, with the 29-year-old becoming an integral part of a side that won a Premier League title just a few years ago.

Willian is a hard worker, who’ll give 110% for the team every single time he takes to the field, and that’s exactly why Mourinho is likely keen on signing the former Shakhtar Donetsk man.

I like Willian, and no doubt he’d be a brilliant addition, but I already feel we have plenty of options in that area of the field.

The likes of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata all play in the same spot, and I’d fully expect to see at least one of those guys sold before another star is brought in.

In the article, The Express reckon that Martial could be the one who sees a reduction in minutes, with Mourinho trusting the Brazilian more than the Frenchman – probably due to the wealth of experience that he’d bring to the table.
