Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini suffered an injury whilst playing for Belgium on Saturday, now a timeframe has been put on his return.

As you can see from Terreur’s tweet, Fellaini, 29, will be out for a few weeks after no cruciate ligaments were damaged. Although we’ll be without the big Belgian for a tricky fixture list over the next month, it’s good to know that his season is by no means over and he’ll still have a huge part to play.
Fellaini has earned the trust of Jose Mourinho which is showing in his recent performances. The former Everton man has been absolutely everywhere over the last few weeks, chipping in with a few goals here and there, too.
With that said, United’s manager must be cursing his luck right now. Going to Anfield to take on Liverpool is never easy and that task has certainly been made all the harder without Fellaini. Don’t forget Paul Pogba is also out injured at this point in time.
If there is any manager who does well in adversity, it’s Mourinho. He’s the perfect game-planner, so no doubt he’ll have a trick or two up his sleeve.
