Louis van Gaal given hope as he may continue as Manchester United boss – report

The majority of the Old Trafford faithful certainly want Louis van Gaal out of Manchester United, and there have been plenty of contrasting reports regarding his future over the last few days since the horror defeat at home to Norwich City.

However, according to the Manchester Evening News, the Dutchman is still hopeful he’ll keep his job, as he still has the backing of several players at Old Trafford.

The English publication go on to say that the situation isn’t anywhere close to how the dressing room folded under David Moyes, and this could be just enough time for the Iron Tulip to turn things around.

If reports are to be believed, the only answer for Louis van Gaal now is to string some wins together, starting with Stoke City this coming Saturday. Three points here is a must for him, and it could well kick-start our season if we put in a good display.
