Luke Shaw all set for Manchester United debut

Manchester United and England left-back Luke Shaw is all set to make a belated United debut after suffering a hamstring injury in the weeks leading up to the new Premier League season. The £28million rated teenager had a superb pre-season in the games he did play, and the United fans will be excited to see their new man in action.

With criticism about his fitness seemingly not bothering the 19-year old, Shaw will be keen to prove his fitness on the pitch – and prove his doubters wrong. His ability to get forward as well as backwards should mean that he suits the left wing-back role perfectly, and I’m looking forward to see how he does against a solid QPR attack and defence.

As many as four players could be making their Manchester United debuts, with Angel Di Maria all set to make his home debut.
