Major concern as injuries mounting up for Man United

Manchester United drew 0-0 at home to Liverpool this afternoon, in what was a dull game from start to finish.

Its stop-start nature was largely due to the fact that for the Red Devils, the injuries began to pile up. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had to use all three substitutes before half-time – which is obviously never a good sign.

According to ManUtd.com, Ander Herrera, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata all picked up injuries which is a major concern, while Marcus Rashford was hobbling around the field for the majority of the match, too…

With the fixture list now piling up, question marks have to be raised about what Solskjaer is going to do for the Crystal Palace game in midweek. Perhaps we’ll see some youngsters given minutes, and dare I say it, will we see Fred involved for the first time in a while?

I just hope that at least one or two of these guys can pull through and get themselves at least on the bench for our next game. We’re looking extremely light in terms of numbers, and it’ll be interesting to see what Solskjaer does going forward.
