This morning, the Baby Faced Assassin will undoubtedly be waking up with yet another name on his list of potential starlets; Dylan Levitt.
After qualifying for EURO 2020 with his beloved Wales, Levitt returned to club action and put in yet another wonderful performance for United’s U23s – this time against Sunderland, in a 3-0 victory at Old Trafford for the hosts.
The moment of the match, without doubt, was an exquisite defence-splitting pass which Ramazani duly tucked home (complete with Nani-Esque celebration and all).
Levitt has been in scintillating form all term, hence the Wales call-ups from a certain Ryan Giggs, and now United fans believe it’s time for the teenager to kick it up a notch at club level.
In the wake of the United U23s victory and excellent Levitt performance, Reds fans are all saying the same thing on social media. The 19-year-old is ready to take that next step and break into the first-team.
I say why not? Midfield is a real position of need right now, particularly with an ongoing injury crisis. This lad and young James Garner feel like United’s future in the middle of the park…
