Manchester United’s Champions League campaign couldn’t have kicked off any better, with a 3-0 victory against FC Basel. Jose Mourinho’s men were in control from start to finish, but there was a bit of injury news which marred the win somewhat.
Midway through the first half, Paul Pogba went down with what looked like a hamstring injury. As we all know, that’ll probably keep him sidelined for the next few weeks at least.
After the match, journalist Duncan Castles then tweeted that Pogba left the stadium on crutches, which obviously isn’t a good sign whatsoever.

The 24-year-old made a brilliant start to the Premier League season and the Frenchman has been at the heart of everything good for the Red Devils so far.
However, now, his teammates will have to cope without his abilities for the short-term at the very least, but I’m sure manager Mourinho will have a plan or two up his sleeve.
There has been no official confirmation in regards to exactly how long Pogba will be sidelined for, but with the games coming thick and fast, he could well miss quite a few fixtures… Hopefully, the problem isn’t serious and we’ll have him back out on the field soon.
