Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been putting his players through their paces in another Man United training session ahead of the RB Leipzig game.

Suddenly, this Manchester United squad is looking far deeper in terms of quality. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the Red Devils left it late, but transfer deadline day was a positive one.

Alex Telles, Edinson Cavani and Donny van de Beek give this first-team added quality in real areas of need. While moves for Facundo Pellistri and Amad Traore certainly have the future in mind.

In the here and now, though, it’s about winning football matches. Next up for United is their Champions League home opener against RB Leipzig.

Ahead of that game, the Baby Faced Assassin has been putting his players through their paces. United stars including new-boys Edinson Cavani and Facundo Pellistri have been snapped, while Axel Tuanzebe, fresh off a stunning performance against PSG, was also involved.

Thanks to the official @ManUtd Twitter account for the snaps, while others are doing the rounds on social media…

It’s nice to see the squad looking rather healthy. Aside from Eric Bailly and Phil Jones, Solskjaer has a fully fit squad to choose from now, which certainly gives him an array of options in practically every position.

I think it’s pretty telling when you can leave Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek on the bench, while Alex Telles wasn’t even in the match-day squad against Chelsea.

Now, the likes of the Brazilian, Tuanzebe and Anthony Martial can all come into the starting line-up for this one with a real point to prove.

It’s worth noting that United won’t have this game all their own way, mind. RB Leipzig won their opening game, with this fixture tomorrow night looking like the early battle to take control of the group.

Hopefully, we can come out on top, make it two from two and be well on our way to qualification to the Champions League knockout stages.
