Man United want to have Pogba back and available for Manchester derby: report

Manchester United have been without their mercurial Frenchman, Paul Pogba, for the better part of two months now.

Credit to the rest of United’s midfielders who have all stepped up and pulled their weight in his absence, mind. However, it’s almost time for the 26-year-old to return – and recently, he did step up his comeback

Anyway now The Sun have named the fixture which United are earmarking as Pogba’s potential return from injury, and it’s a big one…

The report states that United are hoping to have their talisman back for the Manchester derby in three weeks time, with Pogba set to make a training return next Tuesday.

Although it’s unlikely Pogba will start in that match, having such talent as an option off the substitutes bench will be a major boost for the whole team. Remember, this is a man who has previous for upsetting City at The Etihad, as he scored two goals in a come-from-behind victory to end their premature title party.

It goes without saying, the sooner he’s back the better it’ll be for all involved. Hopefully, the rest of his recovery goes well and Pogba is back fully fit and firing before the hectic winter period!
