Manchester United are clearly intent on bringing Morgan Schneiderlin to Old Trafford this summer, with many reputable sources suggesting United are favourites for his signature, and Sky Bet going as far as suspending the betting on the move to happen.
However today, Sky Sources gave us a further update about the progress of the deal regarding the 25-year old, and its not good news.
They say that United saw their initial offer rejected, but that bid came in ten days ago, and no contact between the clubs have been made since.
Maybe Louis van Gaal is biding his time on this one, and he was just testing the waters just to see how valuable Schneiderlin is to The Saints.
There is still plenty of time left to make this move happen, so there is no rush just yet but it would be nice to get our second summer signing wrapped up as quickly as possible.
