Man Utd’s incoming transfer business may not be done as £10million bid on the table

Jose Mourinho has constantly reminded the press that Manchester United won’t be making any more incoming signings during this window, but that may not be the case. Our Portuguese coach will have to act quick, though, as other teams are also in the chase.

The player in question is the talented Scot, Oliver Burke. The 19-year-old currently plies his trade for Nottingham Forest in the Championship, but he could well be on the move, according to reports.

United and Mourinho are interested in Burke, but there has already been a £10million bid unofficially placed on the table by German giants Bayern Munich.

This interest from Europe’s elite clubs shows just how good Burke can be as he grows and develops. At nineteen, he already has earned himself two caps for his country as well, which is pretty huge.

At this point in time, it is thought that his family want him to remain at Nottingham Forest and keep enjoying the regular playing time he is getting, but you could fully understand the temptation of a move in search of a bigger payday.

United are believed to currently hold the edge, as they are offering to loan Burke back to Forest for the remainder of the season.
