Manchester United defender could still be sold despite wanting to stay

Manchester United Football Club have had an extremely busy transfer window, with Jose Mourinho already moulding the squad in his image considerably. Players like Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic don’t come cheaply, and alongside that, the board will want to see some money recouped in sales.

One man who could be on the way out is Marcos Rojo, and the latest reports suggests that AS Monaco are keen on luring the Argentinian to Ligue 1 during this window.

Rojo has been poor for the best part of twelve months now, and it clearly looks like his mind is elsewhere from Manchester United at the moment. Perhaps him moving on may in the best interests of all parties.

There could certainly be a potential swap move on the cards here, as Manchester United are clearly keen on AS Monaco’s Fabinho, and hopefully, the clubs can come to some sort of arrangement regarding his transfer.
