Manchester United simply cannot afford to lose this evening, because if they do, they’ll be out of the Europa League with one game to spare – that’s because Fenerbahce won yet again in the early match. Ahead of our game, we’ve been handed some early team news that is sure to make us happy.
According to the usually reliable Rob Dawson of the Manchester Evening News, he says that both Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Wayne Rooney look set to start tonight which is a massive boost – particularly for the Armenian.
Since moving to Manchester from Borussia Dortmund, Mkhitaryan hasn’t really featured at all due to injuries and a lack of confidence. The 27-year-old was simply sensational during his time out in Germany, and if he can rediscover that style of play and form, then we’ll definitely have a world class star on our hands.
Check out Rob Dawson’s tweet here:
Rumours that Mkhitaryan and Rooney will both start tonight. Would expect Ibrahimovic to play as well after missing Arsenal.

The journalist also adds that he thinks Zlatan Ibrahimovic will start too – which seems like an excellent front three.
