Manchester United forward suffers hamstring injury to all-but end season

Manchester United Football Club almost had a fully fit squad to choose from but for the injury to Bastian Schweinsteiger. Now that list seems to be growing again, as the club have confirmed that United’s attacking midfielder Adnan Januzaj has suffered another hamstring injury.

This is the second time since his return from Borussia Dortmund that the young man has had a problem with his hamstring, and it pretty much sums up his season. The aforementioned loan spell in Germany was nothing short of a disaster, and he also hasn’t been able to force his way into the managers plans at Old Trafford either.

I’d be surprised if we now saw Adnan Januzaj again this season. Hamstring injuries usually take about three weeks to come back from which will take us into May, and he hasn’t really been a favourite of Louis van Gaal’s to this point which is obviously a massive shame.
