Manchester United given lift as City will be without five key players

Manchester United Football Club take on their fiercest of rivals this weekend, with Manuel Pellegrini brining Manchester City to Old Trafford for the first Manchester derby of the season in a clash involving two of the best sides in the country.

Ahead of the game, Manchester United have been handed a huge boost, as Manchester City will be without five of their key players making the task somewhat easier for Louis van Gaal and his men.

Sergio Aguero is out for a month with a hamstring injury, whereas David Silva, Gael Clichy, Samir Nasri and Fabian Delph will all miss the visit to the Theatre of Dreams.

Obviously United’s task will still be a tough one, as City boast some of the best attacking talent in the country, including the likes of Raheem Sterling, Kevin de Bruyne and Yaya Toure all at their disposal.
