Manchester United key player has groin tear which will keep him out of action

Manchester United Football Club, and in particular Jose Mourinho, pride themselves on keeping their players fit and available. However, at this point in time the self-proclaimed Special One has a few injury concerns on his hands – and he’s been hit with another setback.

The latest blow sees left-back Luke Shaw ruled out of the Northampton game with a minor groin tear, according to the BBC. The severity of the injury doesn’t seem too bad, but groin injuries tend to keep you sidelined for a fair amount of time.

Hopefully, this particular issue isn’t too serious and our left-back can come back fighting and earn his place back in the starting line-up as quickly as possible.

You feel that won’t be all that easy however, after Jose Mourinho’s criticism of the England international after the loss to Watford.
