Manchester United Football Club could be about to recall James Wilson back on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion, after the young striker scored for a couple of games in a row, the Metro claim.
The Old Trafford faithful were certainly shocked when Louis van Gaal gave the green light for Wilson to leave on loan, but there is a clause in the agreement that Manchester United can recall him at any time after the initial thirty day period.
This means we could well see him brought back to Old Trafford in the not too distant future, especially given the fact that Wayne Rooney is still out injured, and our only recognised striker in the current squad is Anthony Martial, who himself is just twenty years old.
At the end of the day, it always felt like the wrong decision when we let him leave, but it’d be an acceptance by Louis van Gaal if he now decides to call him back, admitting he was wrong.
