Manchester United man arrives at stadium ahead of move away

Manchester United’s deadline day has been a largely uneventful one, with the standout being Pep Guardiola’s move to City ruling any chances of him being a red next season. However there is looking like being some late business taking place.

According to the BBC, Nick Powell has arrived at Hull City’s training ground ahead of a proposed loan move, thought to be until the end of the season.

At this point time a loan move is certainly in the best interests of all parties, particularly Powell himself.

The young man has had an injury-hit career up until this point, but now he’s back fit he needs to be playing regularly. Despite being in the Championship, at least he’ll get some minutes under his belt and build up that fitness.

Recent rumours suggested that Hull may have an option to buy Powell outright at any point during the loan period, but that hasn’t yet been disclosed by either club.
