Manchester United have made an extremely positive start to life under their new manager Jose Mourinho, securing three wins out of three so far. A major factor in that has been the fact that our coach has had pretty much a full squad to choose from at all times.
Injuries have been pretty-much a non-factor, which is in stark contrast as to how it was last term under Louis van Gaal.
One man who felt that effect was Luke Shaw, as he was ruled out for the season with a horrific leg injury. This season, he has played like a completely different man and it has been brilliant to see him back involved.
Today, Shaw missed England training which raised concerns about his fitness, however, those rumours were quashed pretty quickly, as it was confirmed that the Three Lions are managing his workload as to not pick up another lengthy injury concern.
This is great man-management by Allardyce and his team, because there would be absolutely nothing worse for Shaw if he picked up another lengthy injury.
Luke Shaw is not injured. England are just managing his work-load [sky sports]
