Manchester United will have a huge amount of money to spend whether the club have Champions League football on offer or not. Plans have already been made on the transfer front, with the club ready to make a move for AS Roma star, Miralem Pjanic.
The news comes from the Daily Express, who say that the £30m rated midfielder has refused to rule out an exit from the Serie A this summer – which has obviously sparked interest in him as the transfer window looms.
However United will face competition for the Bosnian, with Chelsea also believed to be showing an interest in Pjanic.
If Manchester United can lure him in to Old Trafford, he would completely transform our midfield almost single-handedly. He’s the perfect box-to-box midfielder, who doesn’t mind doing the dirty work whilst offering something going forward.
Edward Woodward and the rest of the board will have to act quick though, because Chelsea are notoriously good in the transfer market.
