Manchester United players react to reaching FA Cup final

Manchester United Football Club will contest the FA Cup final for the first time in ten years, and what a way to win it. The game looked dead set for an extra thirty minutes of action until Anthony Martial popped up and won it with a fine swing of his right leg.

It feels brilliant to win it in ‘Fergie Time’, and I definitely feel we deserved to win it on the night. Credit to the players who kept going despite their backs being against the ropes for the last 30 minutes of the game.

Special mentions to David de Gea for the outstanding penalty save, Marcus Rashford for terrorising the Everton defence, Wayne Rooney for those brilliant passes and keeping United motivated, and Anthony Martial for that moment we’ll never forget.

The players themselves obviously loved it, and some of them have taken to Twitter to express their delight! We will add more players’ tweets as soon as we see them!
