Manchester United quartet return to training to boost hopes ahead of PSV tie

Manchester United have received mixed injury news ahead of the game against PSV tomorrow, with Louis van Gaal set to be without Michael Carrick, Ander Herrera, and Antonio Valencia, but there has been some positive news alongside that.

The attacking quartet of Anthony Martial, Wayne Rooney, James Wilson and Marouane Fellaini were all back involved in first-team training, and are available to take on the Dutch champions tomorrow.

Antony Martial picked up an injury whilst playing for France that looked quite serious, but thankfully he’s back and ready to go. Wayne Rooney had an illness but it was only short-term.

James Wilson also picked up a knock over the weekend but he’s back and available for Louis van Gaal to select. Fellaini offers United that something different, and he’s always a good option to have coming off of the bench if something different is needed.
