Manchester United could well have a new manager over the summer, with plenty of rumours suggesting that Jose Mourinho will be the man in charge. The Independent say that the Portuguese man is already making transfer plans, with a big move in the offing.
They say that Mourinho has identified Harry Kane as his #1 priority, as he is a huge fan of his intensity and pace, and sees the English striker as a man who can revitalise his new-look side from the front.
At the end of the day, Harry Kane has certainly backed up the hype this season and once again has scored plenty of stunning goals. The real question is whether the man himself will want to leave his hometown club, particularly as it looks as though Spurs will certainly finish higher than Manchester United this term.
Another issue would be the transfer fee. Daniel Levy is notorious for commanding high fees for his players, and you’d imagine the North London club would be looking at £50million plus for their main man.
