Manchester United’s Player of the Month nominations have been revealed for April, and its a tough one to choose from. Anthony Martial, David de Gea and Marcus Rashford are all up for the monthly award, giving United’s fans a tough decision to make.
Anthony Martial scored the all-important winner in the FA Cup final, as well as finding the back of the net against Everton in the league earlier on in the month.
David de Gea has kept three impressive clean sheets during his six outings in April, and has made outstanding saves in each one; not to mention that penalty save which eventually kept us in the FA Cup.
Marcus Rashford has also found the back of the net twice over the last four weeks, with goals against Aston Villa, and that piece of individual brilliance against West Ham in the FA Cup replay.
Our vote goes to Marcus Rashford, who has been scintillating all month. His goals and all-round performances have been crucial to our good run of form at the moment, although both David de Gea and Anthony Martial ran him close.
