Manchester United set to lose club legend this summer due to Jose arrival

Ryan Giggs could be about to end his 29-year affiliation with Manchester United this summer, when Jose Mourinho takes over as manager. The news comes from The Independent, who say that Giggsy is ready to turn down Mourinho’s offer for him to stay at Old Trafford.

The Welsh Wizard has been an assistant manager at Manchester United for the last two years, since retiring as a footballer in David Moyes’ last season in charge.

It is thought that Jose Mourinho does in fact want Ryan Giggs to stay on in some capacity, but the former United winger isn’t that keen on the idea of working under a third manager. You can hardly blame him for that either, and it might be best if he were to move on and find a management job elsewhere.

Whilst it will be sad to see him end such a long stay at the club, he has to think about the good of his career.
