Manchester United set to welcome pair of players back for Chelsea game

Manchester United Football Club take on Chelsea tomorrow, with Louis van Gaal’s job coming under increasing pressure with each passing week. The Dutchman is struggling massively, and a loss tomorrow could well see him lose his position as a manager at Old Trafford.

The Iron Tulip could have been boosted somewhat though, as Manchester United could welcome back both Matteo Darmian and Jesse Lingard, with the pair set to return from injury.

Darmian picked up a hamstring injury a few weeks ago, and although he has been back in training for a week, he hasn’t been fit enough to start. This could be a huge boost for Manchester United, especially with the defensive problems we have at the moment.

Jesse Lingard has been one of the top performers of the season of late. He brings pace to the table, as well as that attacking intent which has been lacking massively recently.
