Manchester United star forward involved in car crash on way home from training a fortnight ago – report

Manchester United Football Club have been playing pretty well of late, thanks to Jose Mourinho utilising the sizeable squad he has at his disposal supremely well. One man who has been in and out of the team recently is Marcus Rashford, and in an exclusive, The Sun could’ve just revealed why…

They say that the man from Wythenshawe was involved in a car crash on the way home from training, just 24 hours before Manchester United’s away game against West Ham in early January. Don’t worry, though, he’s fine and it isn’t anything serious.

In the article, The Sun add that the striker was suffering from aches and pains, and he thought his £60,000 Mercedes was a complete write-off; but recently he has discovered it isn’t although it will need work doing to it.

Thankfully, it looks as though the England international is completely fine and it didn’t seem to be that serious. He’s pulled on the jersey since the reported incident which is obviously positive, and although he would’ve been shaken up at the time, it isn’t stopping him from playing.

This season has been a stop-start one for the young man. Jose has largely tended to use him as an impact substitute out wide, which obviously isn’t his natural position. However, you have to say that the man who is keeping him out of the team (Ibrahimovic), will teach him an awful lot that will benefit him in the long-term.
