Manchester United starlet confirms Louis van Gaal doesn’t want to loan him out

Manchester United have made a steady start to the campaign, with Louis van Gaal guiding his side to two wins, one draw and one loss in the league, whilst progressing through to the Champions League proper after a two-legged tie against Club Brugge.

In those games there have been plenty of minutes for youngsters such as Luke Shaw, Memphis Depay and the recently loaned out Adnan Januzaj, but there is one more starlet looking to break through into the first-team fold.

“LvG said he didn’t want me to be loaned. He said I had to have patience & continue working hard, he would give me an opportunity.” Pereira said.

Louis van Gaal is that kind of manager who puts complete trust in the players he likes, and the young Brazilian Pereira is certainly one of those. My guess is that he’ll get a chance in the cup games – starting with Ipswich Town at Old Trafford in a few weeks time.
