Manchester United superstar attacker tells teammates he’s unhappy at club: report

Marcus Rashford has apparently told his Manchester United teammates that he’s unhappy at Old Trafford following Alexis Sanchez’s arrival.

That’s what the Daily Mirror have written, per The Metro, with the club being forced into action. Apparently, there was substantial panic amongst the United hierarchy, forcing them into drawing up a new contract in order to keep Rashford happy.

The 20-year-old has barely started matches since Sanchez made the move to Manchester and you can certainly understand his frustration. I think the same can be said for Anthony Martial, too…

It’s tough, but it was always going to happen when Jose Mourinho sanctioned the move to sign Sanchez from Arsenal. Simply put, there just isn’t enough room in the squad for everyone.

With two years remaining on Rashford’s current deal, at least the club have another year to work things out with the Wythenshawe-born-forward who has been a Red Devil for over a decade.

I think it’s important to remember that Sanchez is 29 now and he only has a few years left at the very top. After that, it’ll be Rashford’s time to shine. I understand it must be hard for him because he’s been constantly in the team for the last two years, to suddenly have that taken away. For now, though, I think it’s down to the player to remain patient. That said, the striker is going to get his opportunity to play against Watford later today…
