Manchester United transfer target left out of international squad as move looms

It seems as though as Manchester United’s move for Ivory Coast international Eric Bailly has come out of nowhere. The 22-year old is already in talks about a possible move to the Theatre of Dreams, and that could happen sooner than we think.

The young man has been left out of Ivory Coast’s squad to take on Gabon today, and that could mean he is finalising a move to Manchester United. That’s according to Scouts in Attendance.

Check out their tweet here:

In terms of playing style, Bailly is a no-nonsense defender who loves a tackle. He possesses great pace which will suit the Premier League, and can even play in the wing-back slots if required.

The rumoured transfer fee is somewhere around the £30million mark which does seem quite steep, but in today’s market, that’s not too bad.

Hopefully the club can wrap up a deal soon, because there is major interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and FC Barcelona, too.
