Manchester United’s injuries are finally starting to ease up somewhat, and it comes at the right time too as Louis van Gaal’s fixture list is slowly but surely piling up. The Dutchman has confirmed that three players are now fit and ready to play if they are needed.
“Fellaini, Valencia and Jones are coming back. But if I don’t have to take a risk, then I won’t.” Van Gaal said.
It has certainly been a while since we’ve seen Antonio Valencia in action, and it’ll be nice to have another option at right-back despite Guillermo Varela’s form.
At this point in time I can’t see the other two (Jones and Fellaini) getting back into the team anytime soon however. Chris Smalling and Daley Blind will be the number one partnership, whereas although Marouane Fellaini is a good player, Morgan Schneiderlin and Ander Herrera are playing really well at this point in time.
