Manchester United Football Club broke the world record transfer fee when they spent almost £90million to bring in Paul Pogba last summer. At times, the Frenchman has absolutely dazzled, whereas on other occasions he has slowly fizzled out.
However, as he approaches the close of his first season back at Old Trafford, the AFP News Agency are claiming that UEFA are now investigating his transfer from Juventus to Manchester United…

Now what this entails, I’m honestly not quite sure. However, with recent transfer bans handed out all over Europe, it certainly raises some cause for concern. Whether it’s that serious remains to be seen, and who knows what the eventual outcome will look like.
You’d imagine that an awful lot of UEFA’s worries must be down to the absolutely absurd agent fee that Mino Raiola scooped for sorting out the transfer. Before the turn of the year, Sky Sports claimed that he was earning £24million.
It couldn’t have come at a worse time for the club as our biggest game of the season is just on the horizon. I just hope that it doesn’t turn the focus of the players away from the task at hand, particularly the man in question; Paul Pogba.
What will happen? Who knows, I guess we’ll just have to see how things play out…
